This was a life-changing event: Good Measure is a nomadic creative agency organizing creative projects for lasting impact. Good Measure provides hands-on strategic consulting and design services, facilitates workshop sessions, and hosts brand sprints throughout the nation that inspire and give creatives a chance to give back in the most convenient ways possible. Each local Good Measure project revamps nonprofits and for-good endeavors over the course of 72 hours—all for free.
I was the Team Lead for the Copy + Strategy group as we crafted the mission statement for a non-profit, Grounded, along with writing their Web site, social posts, pitch deck, and media deck. We worked directly with the founders and the creative collaborators (including Lil Buck!), getting a standing ovation after we presented all of their materials on Sunday night. I also worked on a second non-profit, 100 Every Day, a platform designed to bring creative people together to do something in the fight against gun violence.
